I always thought it was super cool that restaurants like In-N-Out Burger always had “off menu” items.

These are food items that aren’t on the menu, but if you are a true insider you know about these secret little additions. Sticking with the theme, I thought it would be fun to put together our own little “off menu” items right here at Diversified, LLC. We are constantly growing, with new clients, offices, and advisors, and with that comes an opportunity to share all the non in your face offerings, resources, or services we have at our disposal.

I’m sure some of these items will be more widely known than others. That said if you are OK keeping these items a secret, I’ll gladly share them with you. Deal? Deal!

Shredder Bins

That is right folks, we have shredder bins. In our offices, we have these nice bins for both internal and external use. A service comes around every month and empties our bins, that are under lock and key, into huge shredder trucks. Got a stack of old documents needing shredding? Come on over!

Notary & Medallion Signature

Do you have documents that need either a notary or medallion signature attestation? If so, we have multiple individuals across our company and offices who have these designations. Need something certified, we got your back!

Tax Services

This one is a little more well known, but worth mentioning the breadth. Yes, we have a full tax company in Diversified Tax. Great group of guys and gals to assist our clients in all their tax needs. For those that don’t know, this great group of individuals doesn’t just do tax filing and planning, in addition, they do bookkeeping, payroll, business returns, and everything that goes with it. I personally use them and love the ease of working together.

Disney Travel Agent

Going deep into “the menu” on this one. One of our employees on the side books Disney vacations. I’ve sent a few friends and clients to her all of which were thoroughly impressed. Now if you haven’t been to Disney in a while, I can tell you this, I’d highly recommend using someone like this as it is an entirely different world down there. That said if looking we will gladly put you in touch with our main gal Colleen to make the happiest place on earth even more magical.

401(k) management

I’m sure most of you are aware we can handle setting up a 401(k), or other retirement plan, for your company. However, what many people aren’t aware of is that we have technology that allows our investment team to manage your current employer 401(k) even if you can’t move it to an IRA. Our clients in the know love this feature as it truly allows us to add our expertise to even more of their assets than traditionally could have been. Neat little software and a ton of value to our clients. If you don’t know now you know, if interested reach out to your advisor stat!

Assisted Living Realtor

You know I’m not even exactly sure what the title of this group technically is. Regardless, the title speaks exactly to what this group of ladies specializes in. Through our many resources, we found this group that helps individuals navigate through the painful assisted living process. They’ll help soup to nuts in the process. From figuring out what your exact needs are, the best facility for you, and negotiating on your behalf to get the best rates. I love this service and although it is very new to us, I can see it being very impactful for our clients.

Mortgages/Realtor/Insurance

Figure these 3 deserve to be lumped together. We have great realtors at our disposal to help buy or sell a home. We have fantastic mortgage professionals who can assist with most of your financing needs. Finally, we have a great group that can review and sell all your property and casualty insurance needs. The home buying process can be tough and anything we can do to assist we’ve found is very much appreciated.

Medicare & Health Insurance

If you need any sort of health care coverage from individual policies to Medicare supplements, we got your back. We have a few partners in this space that help our clients get the appropriate coverage at competitive prices. Candidly, the entire Medicare thing still confuses me and thus I am so thankful for these groups of individuals.

Legal Services

I love our attorney groups. They are excellent, widely versed, and a great group of individuals. I would venture to say that whatever your legal needs are, reach out to us if you need a good attorney. From estate planning to business attorneys, divorce, personal injury, etc. We feel very confident in our legal partners truly taking care of our client’s needs while keeping their best interests at heart.

Dietician

We also have relationships with health professionals. Individuals whose specialty is working with your nutritional needs and crafting a great plan for you. As you know we want to focus on our client’s wealth, health, and happiness.  

Shhhhh

For starters, I am officially now hungry after writing about off-menu items for the past 45 minutes, guess I need that dietician.  I clearly joke about keeping everything a secret as not only do we hope our existing clients take us up on any of the above needs they have, but please don’t hesitate to tell a friend that you think would benefit from the breadth of our services.
