Tyler joined Diversified in April of 2022. He graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a degree in Corporate Finance and a minor in Economics. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2014.

Tyler is an avid musician and discovered his love of music at 16 when a friend urged him to join the high school drumline. When an opportunity to play in a touring band presented itself after his first year of college, Tyler seized the opportunity, traveling from Florida to Virginia for three years to play for a growing fan base. When the group disbanded, he went back to school to finish his degree and developed an interest in finance and helping families improve their quality of life.

Through his work, he embodies the values of hard work, love of family, honesty, and humility that his family and small-town upbringing instilled in him at an early age. Tyler deeply respects those who have diligently worked to accumulate a nest egg, and as an investment advisor, uses his conservative approach to craft plans that help clients live comfortably today and in the future.

Outside of work, Tyler is still a creative soul and performing drummer. He is also a handyman of sorts who enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and reading.
