Molly graduated from Salisbury University in 2014 with a degree in social work/psychology. While she was in college, she was awarded an internship at Disney World. She worked as a cast member in Epcot where she developed a love for bringing others happiness and the Disney experience.

When out of the office she spends as much time outdoors as possible; hiking, fly fishing, rock climbing and traveling to national parks across the country. In April, 2022, Molly married her husband Jason.
