It’s Been Five Long Years Without You.
Welcome to the hardest blog I’ve written yet. In the spirit of reflection, honesty, and sharing my thoughts on wealth, health, and happiness, today I’m writing a very emotional blog. Five years ago, February 17th 2016, was the worst day of my life. Juxtaposed one day after my oldest daughter’s 4th birthday was officially the day “the music died” in my life.

Good riddance 2020! I’m so glad to turn the page to a fresh new year with the symbolic beginnings they bring. I can feel tides changing and optimism in people’s voices. It may not be tomorrow, but it seems likely that 2021 will have some changes to begin reverting us back to life as we know it. I can’t wait to hug again, hang in someone else’s house, go to a freaking restaurant, and just not be on edge every time we leave the house.

I always loved watching David Letterman growing up and his top ten list.
