Wealth, Health & Happiness

The other day, I had the pleasure of interviewing the very impressive and inspirational Nicolette Richer for our wealth, health, and happiness interview series. Nicolette’s focus is specifically on the health and happiness sector of our mission. It was a fascinating interview that has already made an impact in my life. If you haven’t seen it yet, give a look here and let me know your thoughts.

What I learned in 2020 - Health

Good riddance 2020! I’m so glad to turn the page to a fresh new year with the symbolic beginnings they bring. I can feel tides changing and optimism in people’s voices. It may not be tomorrow, but it seems likely that 2021 will have some changes to begin reverting us back to life as we know it. The other day, I released my second official Wealth, Health, & Happiness interview [ED1] . I had the honor of interviewing Justin Schenck, founder of The Growth Now Movement and world renown podcaster. To say his interview was inspiring doesn’t do it justice. I learned so much and received some great wisdom that I feel can help all of us in this wealth, health, and happiness journey.

The 2019 Version of Myself Stunk at Everything!

As you can see from the title, I think very highly of myself (haha). With yearend approaching (where the heck did it go?), it’s time for reflection. I love this time of year, as holidays, family, time off, and new beginnings are upon us. However, I mainly get a little nostalgic as I think about the person I was and the person I am today.
